PURPOSE & VALUE

Start with the application.

A practical starting point for PEM electrolysis testing.

This is an entry-level testing device with electrical input, water management, operating display and data export. It is more than a mechanical support rack. The published configuration focuses on basic testing and teaching, with a smaller operating envelope than the single-channel research platform.

01

Make the electrical response visible

Use IV scanning and recorded voltage/current data to evaluate the device under a documented programme. State the test method and required reporting format.

02

Manage a defined water circuit

The reference setup uses deionized water, a 300 mL/min reference flow and manual one-button refill. Confirm actual circulation and temperature conditions for the sample.

03

Export data for review

USB export supports the teaching and basic research workflow. Request the available file format, channel list and time resolution before ordering.

PROCESS & INTEGRATION

Understand the equipment pathway.

01
Install sample
02
Prepare water
03
Set electrical input
04
Run test programme
05
Export & compare

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specification.

No. The published rack includes power, water handling, display and data functions. The sample fixture and connections still need confirmation.

Back pressure is not listed as a standard function. If it is needed, request a configuration review or compare the research platform.

Gas analysis is not standard. Define the analysis method and compatible instrumentation separately.

Consider the research platform when the programme requires the higher current range, adjustable water flow, extended temperature control, back pressure or additional measurement channels.
