PURPOSE & VALUE

PEM Electrolyzer Test Platform Specifications

Control the test. Understand the electrolysis response.

The platform is designed around controlled PEM electrolysis experiments, including polarisation, durability and operating-condition studies. The reference configuration combines programmable DC power, a water circuit, controls and data recording. Confirm the sample interface and included measurement channels before specifying the final system.

01

Coordinate the experimental variables

Define current or voltage programmes alongside water flow, temperature and back pressure. Record stabilisation conditions so results can be compared across test runs.

02

Keep measurement scope explicit

Voltage inspection, power-supply output and optional flow measurement are separate functions. Match each required range and accuracy to the corresponding instrument channel.

03

Expand only where the experiment needs it

Higher-pressure operation, gas-composition monitoring and a dedicated fixture are listed as options. Include them explicitly when requesting a configuration.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specification.

No. The reference back-pressure range is 0–0.4 MPa. A 3 MPa configuration is optional and requires a separate specification.

The source lists a dedicated fixture as an option. Confirm fixture geometry, materials and compatibility with the device under test.

No fixed cell geometry follows from the channel count. Supply the device dimensions and interfaces for a compatibility review.

The reference platform extends current, water adjustment, temperature, pressure and control capability. Use the comparison below to decide which functions your experiment actually needs.
