PURPOSE & VALUE

Start with the application.

A compact hydrogen supply for your instruments.

Laboratory gas selection begins with the instrument, method and gas function. Carrier gas, detector fuel and reaction gas can require different flows, pressures and contamination limits. A compact generator should be specified as a complete delivery package, with the gas-quality measurement point and instrument interface clearly defined.

01

Hydrogen generated from deionized water

A PEM module produces hydrogen on site. The complete package should identify water preparation, gas-liquid separation and downstream conditioning.

02

Condition the gas for its intended duty

Drying and purification belong in the configuration review. Agree moisture and individual impurity limits instead of relying only on a headline purity percentage.

03

Monitor the operating variables

The reference package includes PLC/HMI control and pressure, flow and temperature monitoring. Communication availability, including TCP/IP, depends on the selected configuration.

Configuration note. The output and pressure figures describe a reference range, not every simultaneous operating point. Confirm gas quality at the delivery point and compatibility with the receiving instrument.

APPLICATIONS

Where this configuration fits.

01

Laboratory and research

A defined gas supply for experimental and analytical equipment.

02

GC and analytical instruments

Carrier or fuel duty subject to instrument compatibility and method review.

03

04 / Installation

Water, electrical supply, location, interfaces and maintenance access

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specification.

No. Confirm instrument compatibility and validate the method with the laboratory team before changing carrier gas.

No. The source lists a pressure series. The continuous delivery pressure must be confirmed for the selected unit and flow.

It is configuration dependent. State the required communication interface and data exchange in the enquiry.

It is a reference specification. The proposal should define measurement conditions, gas treatment and the delivery point that the value applies to.

NEXT STEP / CONFIGURATION REVIEW

Tell us what the equipment needs to do.

Send your application, destination country and technical requirements. Include the delivery target and any drawings or procurement specification so the proposed scope can be reviewed against your project.

Please name the product family in your enquiry. Final technical values, documentation and delivery terms belong in the approved quotation.
